September 2015, Liu Wei, vice president of all peaks public. 中国物流公司掀IPO热潮 顺丰或将在A股上市   来源:界面   汤森路透旗下IFR称中国最大的民营快递公司顺丰正加紧准备进行A股IPO。   罗松松  图片来源:视觉中国   中国的物流快递公司正在争相把自己推向IPO市场。   汤森路透旗下IFR 2月19日消息称,中国最大的民营快递公司顺丰已经开始准备进行A股IPO。而据道琼斯的最新消息,另一家快递巨头中通快递欲融资10亿美元,或将成为继阿里巴巴、京东以后最大的中资公司赴美IPO交易。阿里巴巴和京东的IPO融资金额分别为218亿美元和17.8亿美元。   去年11月,原摩根士丹利亚太区投资银行部副主席之一的梁翔(Chong Leong)离职后加盟顺丰,担任集团副总裁,主要负责资本运作。   2013年,成立20多年的顺丰首次对外融资。   德勤和国家邮政局发展研究中心2014年发布的《中国快递行业发展报告》显示,2013年8月20日,元禾控股、招商局集团、中信资本、古玉资本共同投资顺丰约25%的股份,投资金额80亿元人民币。此次融资对顺丰的整体估值约为325亿元人民币,采取的市盈率为25倍,这一数据甚至超过了FedEx和UPS在纽约证券交易所上市以来的平均市盈率20倍和24倍,显示了资本市场对顺丰未来发展的极大信心。   顺丰官网最新披露的数据显示,顺丰是中国最大、也是最具竞争力的民营快递公司,这将对它的高估值提供支撑。截至2015年7月,顺丰已拥有近34万名员工,1.6万台运输车辆,19架自有货运飞机及遍布中国内地、海外的12000多个营业网点。   顺丰的两大竞争对手圆通和申通已经纷纷借壳,其中申通快递100%股权作价169亿元借壳艾迪西上市,估值溢价达到7.5倍。另外一家阿里系的快递行业巨头圆通快递上个月宣布将要借壳大杨创世,加快上市步伐。   申通借壳之后,疑似百世物流(百世汇通母公司)的财务数据流出,计划书显示当前百世汇通估值27亿美元,其中提及“百世物流预计2017年-2018年在美国或者香港上市。目前,其已经聘请高盛作为顾问,并已经招聘CFO开始筹备上市事宜”。   另外几家主要的快递公司同样动静不小。   2015年4月,中通拟融资10亿美元,估值接近500亿的消息不胫而走。有中通高管确认融资消息,并称上市进程早已在内部启动,预计未来两年上市。   2015年9月,全峰副总裁刘伟公开透露,全峰将在2016年挂牌,但是不在主板市场努力,而是转向新三板,兴业证券正在代为筹备相关工作。   另外中国邮政速递(EMS)以及韵达快递几年前曾经试图冲击上市,不过最后未果。   这些快递公司都急于上市的原因在于这几年快递业务增速已经有所减缓,加上价格战不止以及用人成本的不断上涨,企业的经营利润率不断下降,而拓展其他的业务无疑都需要大量资金的支持,更何况顺丰的快递业务都是采取自营模式,十分依赖资金的支持。   相比于上述快递企业,顺丰的业务更为广泛,除了最基本的快递业务之外,顺丰最近几年开始大力发展跨境电商和海淘业务,成立自己的航空货运公司,拥有自己的国际和金融事业群,同时还有几千家线下社区商店。   如此多业务的同时发展无疑会需要更多资金的支持,但是同时也使得顺丰成为中国最受资本青睐、估值最高的快递公司之一。   鉴于此前申通和圆通都是选择借壳上市,有业内人士表示顺丰也会同样采用借壳或者资产收购的方式,简化流程。   “上市的好处无非是圈钱,获得发展企业所需的资金。顺丰也缺钱,但是顺丰不能为了钱而上市。上市后,企业就变成一个赚钱的机器,每天股价的变动都牵动着企业的神经,对企业管理层的管理是不利的。”顺丰创始人王卫2011年接受采访时曾这样说道。   这一言论很可能就此作古。相关的主题文章:
